Occupancy Marketing scoop prestigious online marketing award.


Occupancy Marketing was recognised by The Marketing Society for Online Excellence, beating stiff opposition from Tesco / Big Mouth Media, Miller Homes, S1 & Scottish Enterprise.

The award, a joint application with the Town House Company collection of Luxury Hotels recognised the impressive returns made via the Internet:

  • Increasing accommodation sales from the Internet from 12% to 33.37%.
  • Increased accommodation sales booked online from 0.28% to 11.69% per month.
  • Increased the L2B ratio from 0.19% to 0.45% per month.
  • Generated a Return on Investment of 21.4 times the costs.

Occupancy Marketing has worked with the Town House Company since 2002, increasing the online visibility of the group with search engines. Previous awards with the Town House Company include a Thistle Award in 2005. Occupancy Marketing was also short listed for a Thistle Award in 2006 with Maximillion.
