The Oetker Collection are a collection of four masterpiece hotels (Le Bristol in Paris, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc and Château Saint-Martin & Spa in the South of France and Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Germany). The Oetker Collection is an ideal fit for our portfolio of upmarket independent hotels and helps us establish our footprint in Europe, which now accounts for 25% of our business.
